Artist of the Week- Nanne Nyander

This week is the start of another weekly blog post. The artist that I have been blessed to become friends with over the years amazes me constantly with the soul touching expression’s they create. This week I share with you an angel painter named Nanne Nyander.
Nanne was born in Sweden and studied art at the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy. Today she owns and operates a studio in Sweden.
Nanne paints in oil in an old style inspired by both the Renaissance and Dutch masters. Her paintings have a luminous effect that has entrances. Her paintings hang in the National Potrait Gallery in London and Jonkopings Lans Museum in Sweden.
What makes her paintings so unique to me, is the way the vision of artist is richly seen in each one. A journey to the soul which inspires. A true “Soul Artist”.
This piece is from her solo exhibition entitled “New Hope” and includes the “Angels of Virtues”.
